What materials are used in your jewellery?
We use high-quality imitation materials like gold plating, silver finish, kundan, faux pearls, and metal alloys.
Is your jewellery waterproof or sweat-resistant?
Yes, our jewellery is waterproof and designed to resist light exposure to sweat and moisture. However, for best results and long-lasting shine, we still recommend avoiding direct contact with harsh chemicals like perfumes and sprays.
Will the colour fade or tarnish over time?
With proper care and storage, the jewellery can retain its look for a long time.
Are the earrings heavy?
No, most of our earrings are lightweight and comfortable to wear.
How can I place an order?
Browse the website, add products to cart, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (in select areas).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, it can't be changed.
Do you accept returns?
No, we currently do not offer returns. Please check details before purchasing.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll review and offer store credit or replacement.

How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch in 2–4 working days. Delivery takes 5–9 working days.
