  • Once your order is prepared, it is shipped out for delivery.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Other Areas: 5–9 business days after dispatch
  • Remote or Rural Locations: Delivery may take a little longer depending on accessibility

📦 A tracking link will be shared with you via SMS or email once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
  • A minimal shipping fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if available.

4. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, certain circumstances may lead to delays, including:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Delays due to local area logistics
  • We’ll notify you in case of any major delay.

5. Accurate Shipping Information

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Saanj is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details submitted during checkout.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, resealed, or tampered with, do not accept it. Kindly refuse the delivery and inform us immediately through the Contact Us page on our website.

This allows us to address the issue promptly and arrange a resolution.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. We are working toward expanding our reach in the future.
