- If your package appears to be tampered with, unsealed, or has any additional tape or signs of forced handling, we strongly advise that you do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately. This ensures safety and accountability.

At Saanj, we do not offer refunds via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other original payment methods.
Instead, for eligible cancellations made within the permitted window, we offer store credit that can be used on any future purchase at www.saanj.in. This approach allows us to maintain fair pricing and operational efficiency while still providing value to our customers.
Key Points About Store Credit:
- Store credit will be equivalent to the amount paid for the cancelled order.
- It can be used for any product on our website and does not expire for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
