  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this, cancellations are not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  • Saanj is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy

  • We follow a strict no return policy.
  • We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
  • In eligible cases (like cancellation within the allowed time), we may issue store credit equal to the order value.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
